raita and bread. We also provide hot drink drinks which include hot chocolate, tea, coffee along
with biscuits, cake and fruit. Our volunteers come from all walks of life and have different
backgrounds, faiths and races. InTouch Foundation is a platform to bring different communities
together for one common cause - and that is to help people that are in need.We have been truly
humbled by the community spirit as volunteers and sponsors have come together to make the project a
success.

Zakat 2017
Zakat, meaning to purify, is the third pillar of Islam. It denotes the amount of wealth a Muslim is obligated to pay to particular categories of underprivileged people, if their annual wealth exceeds a specific amount.
Every sane, adult Muslim whose wealth exceeds the value of nisab, must pay Zakat. Muslims very little or no income, who are new to Islam, in debt, stranded whilst travelling, working in the cause of Allah or in bondage, in addition to those who administer Zakat, are all entitled toreceive Zakat.
At InTouch Foundation we take the responsibility of handling Zakat extremely seriously. We understand that paying Zakat is not simply an act of charity - it’s an act of worship. InTouch Foundation will ensure your donation will reach those most in need, both quickly and securely.
Many of our donors who support our work choose to donate to our general funds which allows us to use their donation wherever it’s needed most. Unrestricted income such as this allows us to respond most effectively to the needs of people we work with. If you prefer, you may also choose to support a project directly and we have a wide range of projects suitable for such a support. It is easy for you to choose to fund areas of our work that you feel most closely match your charitable aims.
InTouch Foundation will distribute your Zakaat in 3 locations. One of our Zakat projects is UK based whilst the other two are Oversea's projects. Our Total Zakaat Target is £70,000 (per year)
